This introductory engagement includes ten hours of estate management and private concierge support with Elle Flannery, founder of Coastal Peace of Mind, for $650, an introductory rate of $65 per hour. Limit one introductory package per customer.
Your hours may be used for estate management, private concierge assistance, or a combination of both. Support may include property walkthroughs, vendor coordination, maintenance planning, household records, arrival preparation, errands, reservations and personal arrangements. Together, we will establish your priorities, scope and schedule before work begins.
Available to households in coastal Orange County, subject to scheduling availability. Purchases, materials, contractor charges and other third-party expenses are separate and require your approval.
Following your introduction, any ongoing services, schedule and rates will be agreed upon separately. This is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal.
Service Acceptance & Refunds
All engagements are subject to confirmation of availability, location and scope. Coastal Peace of Mind reserves the right to decline or discontinue services for lawful, nondiscriminatory reasons, including scheduling limitations, requests outside our scope of services, unsafe conditions or inappropriate conduct.
If we decline your engagement before services begin, we will refund the full $650 purchase price. If we discontinue services after work has begun, we will refund the unused portion of your package, calculated at $65 per unused hour, including partial hours. Any separately approved third-party expenses already incurred remain your responsibility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
