One household position published on our website for 30 days, beginning when the listing goes live. Applications are collected through Coastal Peace of Mind and forwarded to your designated hiring contact. Recruiting, candidate screening, background checks, and placement support are available separately. Applicant volume and a successful hire are not guaranteed.

Candidates apply through Coastal Peace of Mind, and we forward their submitted application materials to the hiring email you provide. You manage applicant review, interviews, and hiring decisions. Forwarding an application does not mean the candidate has been screened or endorsed by our agency.

Your listing will be reviewed after we receive your submission and payment. We may contact you to clarify details before publication. We will notify you when it goes live, and your 30-day listing period begins then. If we cannot accept your listing, your listing fee will be refunded.

Our full-service household staffing option includes a search tailored to your household and candidate assessment under a separate placement agreement. A $250 search engagement fee begins the process, with an additional placement fee as outlined in that agreement. Contact us to discuss your needs before purchasing a listing if you would prefer this service.
