Coastal Peace of Mind may coordinate vendors, contractors and household service providers on behalf of homeowners as part of private estate management and residential oversight services.

5. Household Staffing and Candidate Placement

Coastal Peace of Mind may provide household staffing services for private residences, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement coordination, household integration and private staff training.

Potential roles may include estate managers, household managers, executive housekeepers, housekeepers, personal assistants, private chefs, nannies, domestic couples and other private household professionals.

Candidate introductions, background screening, references and related staffing services do not constitute a guarantee of future employee performance, conduct, suitability or length of employment.

Specific terms relating to household staffing engagements are governed by separate written agreements.

6. Lifestyle Concierge and Residence Support

Lifestyle concierge services may include assistance with travel coordination, reservations, provisioning, guest preparation, residence readiness, special requests, appointments, events and other customized lifestyle needs.

• Clients remain responsible for approving vendor work and associated expenses.

Household staffing, private staff training, concierge and other specialized engagements may be available throughout Orange County and select areas of Southern California.
