Relevant private-service experience, verifiable references and the ability to respect professional boundaries are highly valued.

Yes. Candidate information is handled discreetly and shared only as reasonably necessary for evaluation and placement. A candidate’s information will not be presented to a household without appropriate communication and consent.

Most placements require verifiable professional references. Depending on the position, finalists may also be asked to authorize lawful identity, criminal, driving, credential or other appropriate third-party screening. Screening requirements vary by role and are completed at the appropriate stage of the hiring process.

Unless a specific listing states otherwise, the household or its designated employing entity is the employer. Coastal Peace of Mind manages the search and placement process but does not become the candidate’s employer.

No. Coastal Peace of Mind does not charge candidates a fee to apply for or be considered for a household position.

Each household establishes the approved compensation range and employment terms for its position. Compensation is based on the responsibilities, schedule, required flexibility, market conditions and the candidate’s directly relevant experience. Any available range will be included in the individual job listing.
